Kheti India Agro Industries products reach farmers primarily through our authorized retailer and distributor network. Stock is dispatched from our manufacturing facility to regional distributors and retailers based on demand planning aligned with regional cropping calendars.

Dispatch timelines for retailer and distributor orders depend on order volume, regional logistics and seasonal demand. Estimated delivery timelines are communicated at the time of order confirmation.

All products are packed following standardised procedures designed to protect product stability and integrity during transit across varying climates and handling conditions.

While we plan logistics carefully around peak demand periods, delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including weather, regional transport disruptions or regulatory checks. We will communicate any significant delays to the relevant retailer or distributor as soon as we are aware.
